Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 or 2 slabs of Baby Back Ribs
Salt
Pepper
Bar-B-Que Rub

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Take that thin piece of skin off of back of ribs. Place ribs on a piece of aluminum foil. Rub in salt, pepper, and bar-b-que rub on top, bottom, and sides of ribs. Put another piece of aluminum foil on top of ribs. Wrap tightly in foil, sealing all sides. Put on cookie sheet and let bake for about one to one in half hours, depending how thick the ribs are. DO NOT OPEN them to look at them, they are cooking good. When done remove from oven and increase oven to 350º. Take off the top piece of aluminum foil and brush liberally with Cheryl's Best Bar-B-Que Sauce (see recipe), on the top only at this time, return to over for 15 minutes. Take out and flip ribs over and brush liberally with more bar-b-que sauce and bake another 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

Serve with more sauce, if desired
