1 lb. dry pasta - Mezzi Rigatoni recommended!
1 lb. ground beef
1 package (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning
1 c. water
4 oz. cream cheese
2 c. Mexican blend shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Add taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and allow to thicken slightly, around 5 minutes.
Add cream cheese to beef mixture and stir until fully melted and blended in.
Drain pasta and pour into a casserole dish. Add half the shredded cheese and stir to distribute. Then add the beef mixture and stir again. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top.
