3/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

grease and flour a 9x5x3 inch pan
mix all ingredients together until blended (do not over mix)
Pour into pan and bake for 50 minutes
