1 large can of crab meat
1 egg
1/4 cup mayo (or miracle whip)
1 box stuffing mix
1/2 cup water

Soak your box of stuffing mix with water. add, egg, mayo and mix. Add crab meat, toss gently trying not to break up all the crab meat. Make into small patties, refrigerate for at least an hour. Pan fry in small amount of grease until browned on both sides.

My daughter has ordered these out at several restaurants, she says these are by far the best she has ever eaten. This is a pricey dish because the crab cost so much. But a lot cheaper to make at home than out somewhere.
