8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 # pkg. powdered sugar
mint flavoring
food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, gradually add powdered sugar. Mixture will be very stiff. Add food coloring and mint flavoring.
Roll cream cheese mixture into small balls that will fill a mold. Roll balls in granulated sugar. ( I use individual rubber molds). Dip mold in sugar before putting in cream cheese balls.
After putting in the cream cheese ball, pack in to the mold, then pop onto wax paper.
After they are firm, put in container with wax paper between layers.
Store in refrigerator.
