1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup finely diced onion
1 3/4 cup chicken broth
2/3 cup milk
leftover holiday meal diced turkey or chicken
leftover holiday meal veggies (carrot, broccoli, peas etc)
leftover holiday meal mashed potato or stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter or margarine on stove top. Stir in flour and onion. Cook on low heat until smooth. Add milk and chicken broth slowly (add some, thicken, add more etc). Once thickened, add leftover poultry and veggies. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with leftover mashed or stuffing (if there isn't any left, use Bisquick per the directions on the box). Bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
