4-5 button mushrooms
1 tsp. butter
1 T. butter
2 T. flour
1-1 1/2 c. milk
Sea salt & black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the mushrooms in 1 tsp. butter, then puree in a food processor. Melt 1 T. butter in a saucepan. Blend in the flour to form a roux. Slowly whisk in the milk while cooking it over medium heat. Cook, whisking frequently, until the soup thickens. Add the mushroom purée and salt and pepper to taste.
