1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (4-oz) package cream cheese. room temperature
1/4 C mayo
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 C grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, divided
1 loaf Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Mix artichoke hearts, green onions, garlic, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmigiano-Reggiano, reserving some of the cheeses.
Create a hollow by removing a half-inch layer of bread from each half of the loaf. Spread the mixture into the hollows in the load halves and top with reserved cheese. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until cheese is melted and golden brown
