2 c brown rice
2 c water
1 (1-oz) envelope enchilada sauce mix or taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
1 (4-oz) can green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high power 8-9 minutes, or until rice is tender. Let sit 3-5 minutes until rice soaks up most of the liquid in the bowl. Fluff with fork and serve
