2c. Shredded Chicken
4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese
Pinch of Pepper
1 Sleeve. Ritz Cracker; crushed
1 can crescent rolls

Hollandaise Sauce:
3 Egg Yolks
1 T Lemon Juice
½ t salt
1/8 t cayenne
10 T unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, cream cheese, and pepper together in a bowl and fill inside of crescent rolls, folding them into little pockets. Brush pockets with butter and roll in Ritz crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for the time on crescent roll package, or until golden brown. Serve with hollandaise sauce on top.

Hollandaise sauce:
Melt butter in pot or microwave just until it is melted, not boiling. In a blender add egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne and blend for 20-30 seconds. Turn blender to lowest setting and slowly incorporate the melted butter. Use immediately or refrigerate for later.

Kids and adults alike will love this one. It is so quick and easy.
To simplify the recipe further, substitute one can cream of chicken for hallandaise sauce.
