2 packs Knox gelatine unflavored
4 Tbsp water cold
1 c boiling water
1 c diet sweetener
1/4 tsp salt
1-2 cans unsweetened crushed pineapple including juice
2 packs D lerta low calorie whipped topping
1 large angel food cake
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 2 packs gelatine in 4 tbsp cold water
Add 1 cup boiling water, 1 c diet sweetener and salt
Add pineapples
Stir all together and sit in refrigerator till chilled
Mix whipped topping according to directions
Fold into pineapple mixture
Break angel food cake into bite size pieces
Line a bowl with wax paper
Then put a layer of cake then layer of pineapple mixture
Use all til gone with cake pieces on top
Refrigerate overnight
Turn out on a cake plate and ice with pack of whipped topping
