2-3 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 - 1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt to flour and cutshortening into flour. Add enough warm water until dough is no longer sticky. Pinch off a golf ball-sized piece of dough and roll it into an 8-inch circle on a floured surface. Can be used uncooked (for chimichangas) or cooked. To cook, heat a fry pan and cook for 15-30 seconds on each side.
