1 lb ground beef
1 small onion or 1 TBSP dried onion
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup water
6 flour tortillas, cut into 1" strips
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion in large skillet until well browned.
Pour off fat.
Stir in soup, salsa, water and tortillas
Heat to a boil
Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir. Top with cheese.

Add sour cream to the top, if desired.

Optional method:
use corn tortillas instead of flour and shredded Mexican cheese insead of cheddar.
