8 TBSP. (1 stick) salted butter
1 1/2 c. Firmly packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Prepared chocolate frosting
1/2 c. chopped peanut butter cups

Preheat oven to 350ºF
In bowl using electric mixer on medium speed, beat first 4 ingredients 2 min., or until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low. beat in flour and baking powder; pour into greased foil-lined 9" square pan Bake for 25 min.; let cool. spread with frosting. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups. Cut into squares.
