1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups zucchini ,shredded
1 cup chocolate chips ( semi sweet )
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease & flour 9"x13" pan. In large bowl, beat sugar,butter, vanilla & eggs until blended - on low speed. Increase speed to high beat until light & fluffy, about 5 min. Reduce speed to low & add sour cream, flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt, beat until blended, constantly scrapping bowl, increasing speed to medium, beat 1 min, occasionally scrapping bowl with spatula, fold in zucchini, chocolate pieces & nuts. Batter will be thick, spread batter evenly in the pan.
Bake 40 - 45 minutes, until tooth pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. cool cake
Use Duncan Hines icing for top - Delicious!
