1 large stewing hen
3 lb beef
2 lb lean pork
Broth from boiling meat
3lb onion
5lb potatoes
1 lemon squeezed
2 cups hot barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups ketchup
8 cups cream style corn
Directions:
Directions:
Boil meats until well done with salt,pepper,and lemon
Skim off grease
Remove meat from broth and debone and chop into fine pieces
Peel and dice onions and potatoes
Add to broth and cook til tender
Add the meat, barbecue sauce and ketchup
Bring to a good boil
Add the corn and turn off heat to prevent sticking
