3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 12oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 7oz jar Marshmellow creme
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and milk in a heavy saucepan; bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Cool at room temperature, cut into squares.

I love this fudge but if it cooks too long, it gets gritty. Also the chocolate chips need to be at room temperature.
