Directions: |
Directions:Sauce: Mix together 2 parts teriyaki to 1 part peanut butter, and sriracha to taste. Whisk it real good. It should have a thick/smooth consistency. Just make it taste good to you, I'm a cookbook, not your boss.
1. Spiralize sweet potatoes into long noodles (Or cook your rice pasta according to the instructions, you potato-hating weirdo) 2. Set a medium size frying pan on medium heat and add olive oil. 3. Add veggies to heated oil. (Add frozen veggies first if applicable) 4. Once vegetables are cooked, add your sweet potato noodles. 5. Use tong to mix veggies into the noodles, make sure the noodle to veggie ratio is, like, one veggie per bite. Whatever you like, it's your dinner. 6. When the food seems cooked enough for you, add your sauce and stir to distribute it throughout. |

Notes: Be creative with your veggies and noodles. Spiralize some zucchini, or something boring that your mom is making you eat... like cauliflower (if you can figure out how).
