1 cube butter
1 cup water
2 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 425º

Bring butter and water to a full boil.
Turn off heat but leave on the burner.
Mix in one cup flour.
Stir hard for one minute, til ball forms
Remove from heat.
Stir in eggs, one at a time.
Drop on cookie sheet with TBSP spoon.
Bake til peaks are brown, reduce heat to 350º bake for 20-30 minutes.
They'll be firm to the touch.

Fill with puddings, meat mixtures or cream cheese fillings.

Dianne and her mom would make these for the PMT picnic every year, until Dianne's mom became too old to do so. These are really good and are fun to eat but kinda take a while to make.
