1 c butter
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 - 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups oats

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Mix together flour, baking soda and salt and add to butter mixture. Mix well and add oats. (You can add raisans or dried cranberries at this point). Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes. (Check after 8 minutes in case your oven runs hot)
