8 Fresh Lasagna noodles (or dried noodles)
2 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cups cottage or Ricotta cheese
1 egg beaten
2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 - 10 oz cans of cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 - 5 oz can crab meat
2 cups shrimp ( cooked ) can use canned
salmon - cooked and cut in chunks
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Line greased 9 x 13" pan with noodles. Cook onion in butter. In large bowl add onions, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, beaten egg, basil, salt and pepper. In another bowl combine soup, wine, milk and seafood. Spoon 1/2 of seafood mixture over noodles, add more noodles, spoon cheese mixture over these noodles. Add another layer of noodles, spread final layer of seafood mixture, top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
