4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 jar of sweet orange marmalade
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken pieces in flour and fry. Let drain.
Add jar of marmalade to pan. Fill empty jar with BBQ sauce and add to pan also. Heat together, then add soy sauce.
Pour over cooked chicken. Serve with rice.
