Zucchini Cake Recipe

3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1&1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
1&1/2 cup oil
3 cups grated unpeeled zucchini
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Icing Drizzle:
1&1/2 cup powdered sugar, mix with small amounts of milk until thin enough to drizzle over cake.

Preheat oven to 350F; grease bundt pan.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt. Stir together.
Add eggs, zucchini, oil, nuts, and vanilla. Blend well.
Pour into bundt pan. Bake for 60 minutes.
Pull out of oven, and when ready flip over onto plate. Allow to cool, then drizzle with icing.
