3 lbs chicken wings

Rub:
1 T kosher salt
1 T black pepper
1 T chili powder
1 T paprika
1 t garlic powder
1 t ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all spices and coat wings. I place all in a plastic bag and shake. Line a cookie sheet with foil and place two baking racks in pan. Lay chicken wings on the rack. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours. Add hot sauce and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

I bake in oven for two hours and then transfer to crock pot on low for another 2-2.5 hours so I can take to husker party. Very, very good....moist, fall off the bone.
