4-8 Thick Pork Chops
1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
1/2 cp Vegetable oil
1tbs Bacon Grease
1 cp Flour
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
2 Eggs
1 cp Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper on both sides of Chops
2. Comnbine Flour, Seasoning Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne, Onion Powder and Paprika in mixing bowl or freezer bag
3. Mix eggs in separate bowl
4. Dip chops in egg mix then coat Chops with flour set aside
5. Heat Oil and Bacon Grease in frying pan
6. Fry Chops 3 at a time for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown
7. Remove to a plate and repeat
8. Once all chops are cooked turn heat to medium low
9. Add 2 Tbsp of flour and 1 cup of milk
10. Constantly stir until gravy is thickened
11. Serve immediately
