Ingredients:  
1 pkg Hashbrowns (shredded or cubed)
1/4 lb Bacon pieces
1 med onion or 1.5 TBSP dried
1 pkg frozen or 1 can whole kernel corn
2 can evaporated milk (or 2% milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon.
Mix Hasbrowns, Bacon, Onion, Corn and milk into a large pan.
Cook over low heat until complete heated, or if needed quicker, use a higher heat but stir often to avoid scorching.

Serve with rolls and/or bread slices.
