Personal Notes:
When Jim and I first moved to Delhi, Charlotte Oswalt came over and brought me the most delicious sweet potato pie I had ever eaten - now, up until this time - I had, in fact, never eaten a sweet potato pie and I was hooked! This is the crust for that pie. I had never made a pie before and so this was my first and only pie crust that I ever made - why mess with perfection? This crust will always gets rave reviews! Use it for any pie that you make!
