1 medium onion, chopped (or 1.5 TBSP dried onions)
1 green pepper, chopped
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 TBSP mustard (yellow, wet)
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup catsup
1 whole chicken or chicken pieces to equal a whole

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 325º

Brown floured chicken pieces and place in a flat baking dish.
While cooking, mix everything together.
Cover chicken with sauce, cover with foil.

Bake 60 minutes.

Feel free to leave out the green peppers, if you don't want them.
