Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef (we use half venison when possible)
2 cans red kidney beans
3 cans chili beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 box 2-alarm chili seasoning (SSSHHHHH)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger with a little garlic and onion salt (or the real thing if you're feeling ambitious) then add all the canned goods, with about a half can water each, to get all the sauces. Now throw away the Mesa flour packet. Add the packets in one at a time, add red pepper packet last...to taste. We use about half. Mix well and let simmer (the longer the better) at least until the beans are soft. Serve hot with shredded cheese and a "Dollop of Daisy" sour cream.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Flavor will vary somewhat depending on the brand of beans and tomatoes. Each brand has a little different taste.
