1 pkg Shredded Hashbrowns (can use 6-8 cooked spuds, shredded or cubed)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
(can use two cans of one type, if preferred)
1 onion (dried or fresh, if fresh, chopped)
1 pkg dry Ranch mix
1.5 - 2 cups of shredded cheese
Rtiz crackers, potatoe chips or corn flakes (1/2 cups) smashed
2 TBSP Butter
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375º

Mix cans of soup, onions, ranch mix, salt and pepper together.
Fold mixture into shredded potatoes, pour into a greased baking pan.
Smash crackers, chips or flakes with butter in a ziploc bag.
Top with cheese and smashed mixture.

Bake for 25-30 minutes
