1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cups flour

Filling:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
6 T lemon concentrate
1/2 tsp salt
1 T vanilla
4 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and powdered sugar and then add flour for pastry. Mix til blended and pat into 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile beat 4 eggs and add sugar, lemon juice and salt. Then add vanilla. Beat well. Add 4 T flour and beat some more. Pour over pastry that has already baked for 20 minutes. Return to oven and bake 20 more minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
