1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortning
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Then add in the dry ingredients a little at a time. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Heat oven to 375 . Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Make criss-cross with fork, then bake for about 10 min.
