1 box White Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 c Oil
3/4 c White Chocolate Chips
3/4 c Andes Peppermint Baking Chips (white)
1/2 c crushed Candy Canes
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil. Stir in white chocolate chips, Andes peppermint chips and crushed peppermint sticks. Drop large tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheets about 1/2" apart. (you can also make a long roll out of the dough and place on a piece of plastic wrap, roll the "cookie dough log" in the plastic wrap and twist the ends. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then unwrap and cup dough into 1/4" to 1/2" slices) Bake 9-11 minutes rotating pans halfway through the baking process. When cookies are lightly brown remove and allow to cook on the cookie sheets for 5 minutes. Sprinkle additional Andes peppermint crumbles on top of each cookie about 2 minutes after cookies have begun to cool.
