1/2 lb Bacon, cut into small pieces
1 can evaporated Canned Milk
1/2 can water
2 TBSP Corn Starch

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, keeping all of the drippings.
Mix milk, water and corn starch together.
Slow pour into the hot bacon drippings.
Stir constantly until thick.


Can easily double this recipe for larger clouds, no need to double the meat, unless you want to.


Alternative for this gravy, as made by Mary Tilby
Stir flour into the hot drippings, until it's pasty thick. Slowly stir in milk/water mixture. Continue stirring until gravy is ready to eat.
