1 lb uncooked Ground Pork Breakfast Sausage
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
12 lg Eggs
2 c Milk
2 tsp Ground Mustard
1/2 tsp fresh Ground Black Pepper
6 oz Sour Dough Bread crumbled
2 c Extra Sharp Finely Grated Cheese
1 1/2 c New York Sharp Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown sausage on low heat. While sausage is browning crumble sour dough bread on a baking sheet covered with tin foil, add oil and sprinkle sour dough bread over oil and with a fork make sure bread is coated. Place bread in oven until lightly browned. In a large bowl whisk eggs, milk, mustard, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups of the bag of finely shredded extra sharp cheese. Drain and cool sausage. Cool bread. When sausage and bread are cooled add to egg and cheese mixture. Pour mixture into a large casserole dish, cover and refrigerate over night. Preheat oven to 350º and bake covered casserole for 45 to 55 minutes or until the eggs are quiche like. Remove from oven, uncover add remaining extra sharp cheese and New York Sharp cheese recover and let sit on counter till cheese is melted.

You can use any kind of breakfast meal you like. Sausage links do not work very well.
