10 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. honey
1 c. flaxseed
Coconut, nuts, craisins, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Warm honey and oil so that it will mix together. In a large roaster add oatmeal, flaxseed and honey mixture.
Add coconut, nuts, etc.
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour, stirring about every 10 minutes.
Cool and add craisins and other dried fruit.
Store in air tight containers.

Cut recipe in half if you don't eat a lot of granola.
