Ingredients:
3 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups Swan's Down cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 tsp coconut flavoring
1 tsp rum flavoring
1 tsp butter flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Then add eggs one at a time - beating 1 minute after each. Mix flour, salt and soda together and add alternately with milk beating after each addition. Add flavorings. This makes a large pound cake. I usually make a small corning ware pound cake and then the large one. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour or till toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan. (see below)Turn onto plate.

Optional: Glaze - Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1 T vanilla - boil til sugar dissolves and then pour over cake while in the pan - This just makes it even more moist!

Personal Notes:
This is Aunt Ann's recipe. This is the pound cake that I make that everyone loves. I have had a lot of pound cake recipes but this seems to be the winner of all! I love being able to make the small pound cake to share. I would always that small one to DeeDee - she absolutely loved it! One of her favorites!
