1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Bround Sausage
10 oz Broccoli
1 clove Garlic
1 sm Onion
1 tsp Oregano dried
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 c Heavy Cream
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated

Brown ground beef and sausage. Remove meat mixture from pan and add chopped onion, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Sauté until onion is clear. Add meat mixture back to pan, cover and let simmer on the very lowest heat. Steam broccoli until tender but still a little crisp. Microwave cream cheese for 45 seconds; gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth then add grated Parmesan cheese. Grease a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine meat mixture (drain if very greasy), steamed broccoli and cheese mixture. Stir until meat and broccoli are coated with cheese sauce. Top with Mozzarella cheese bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly at edges. Allow to cool before serving.
