Ingredients:  
3 zucchini, sliced lengthwise, 1/4" thick
Butter
Lemon zest
Black pepper
Sea salt
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a griddle. Lay the zucchini on the griddle. Sprinkle with lemon zest, salt and pepper. Cook until browned, then flip. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Heat until cheese is melted.
