1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 sleeve club crackers
1 pound of bacon cut in half

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250º
Sprinkle cheese on each cracker and wrap tightly with a strip of bacon. Place the crackers on a broiler rack and the broiler rack on a baking sheet. Bake for 2 hours or until bacon is done. No need to turn! Drain on paper towels and serve hot or at room temperature.

Note: I like to put bacon in microwave for about 1 minute to make it less greasy and easier to wrap around the crackers. BUT if you microwave too long the bacon will not "stick" to the crackers.
