6 whole boneless chicken breasts

Stuffing
1/2 cup seasoned stuffing mix
1 5 oz can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/4 can chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion'
3 Tbsp butter
3 tbsp dry white wine
paprika

Sauce
1/3 cup grated cheese - strong
1/3 dry white wine
3 tbsp butter3 tbsp flour
1 pint cream (half and half)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter over medium heat. Add wine, crab and stuffing mix. Mix well. Pound chicken to flatten until thin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Divide stuffing mixture among breasts. roll up and secure with toothpiicks. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake covered at 375º for 45 minutes.

Sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour, stir well. Carefully not to burn. Gradually add cream and cook, stirring constantly until smooth. Add wine and cheese and continue cooking until cheese has melted.
When ready to serve, remove toothpicks from chicken and pour sauce over.
