1 ½ lbs. round steak (cut into thin strips)
¼ c. flour
Dash pepper
¼ c. butter
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms (drained)
½ c. onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 can beef broth
1 c. sour cream
3 c. cooked noodles or 1 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Dust steak with flour and pepper. In large skillet, brown meat in butter. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic and brown lightly. Stir in broth. Cover and cook for about 1 hour until meat is tender, stirring now and then.

Gradually stir in sour cream and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
