3 T. Flour
2 C. Rhubarb, Cut
1 C. Sugar
1 Egg, Beaten
9 inch Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix flour and sugar. Add egg, beat thoroughly and add rhubarb. Pour into pie shell, cover with top crust and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake an additional 35 minutes. Makes one 9 inch pie.
