6 T vinegar (cider)
3 T flour
4 1/2 T Lea Perrins
1 tsp salt
3 pinches red pepper
1 T paprika
3/4 tsp black pepper
1 T Chili powder
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 T brown sugar
6 T hot water
20-25 hot dogs

Blends all the ingredients for the sauce. Place the hot dogs in a well greased roaster (I use a big foil pan) Then pierce the hot dogs with a fork. Pour the sauce over the hot dogs. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350º. This can easily be doubled or triple if needed.

These are absolutely delish! All you need is a bun. I made these many a time for the Sunday night after meetings for the Delhi youth group. I would normally do 120 hot dogs at a time - kids loved them (as well as the adults) This is Linda McDonald's recipe. You can serve a very large group with minimal preparation!
