2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 cup croutons
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped toasted alomds
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely minced onion
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 450º

Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips
Spoon into 6 ungreased 1 cup baking dishes
Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips
Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly
