1 1/2 quart vinegar
1 1/2 quart lemon juice
1 large A-1 sauce
1 large Lea Perrin
1-2 stick butter
1/2 bottle garlic salt
lots of salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and heat. Put meat in sauce. This is enough for 50 pounds of meat!

This recipe is Vevie Rea's Dads recipe. Uncle Bobby and Aunt Vevie would help Mr. and Mrs. Weir cook a big feast - I think it was usually Labor Day - and they would invite everyone to eat. This sauce is the best! You can make it in smaller amounts and have the same results! Good eatin!
