1 Brisket
1 Med. Onion
1 Pkg Lipton Onion soup mix
1 1/2 Cups water
1 can cream mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
325 degrees

Sear meat on all sides
Put in onions, soup mix and water. Cover tightly with tinfoil and put in oven. Cook for 2 hours.

When done slice brisket.
In a big pot, heat mushroom soup and wisk in brown drippings. Add sliced meat and serve
