1/2 cup sugar
1/2 pound butter
3 cups flour
1 egg

Filling
2 pints blueberries (can also use 2 pounds of fresh peaches)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar & egg. Add flour until it slips bowl. Using form pan, press dough on botton and sides of pan.
Make filling- wash blueberries, drain well mix sugar and flour.

Put this mixture over dough
Sprinkle a little lemon juice on top and a dot of butter and sprinkle cinnamon on top

Fold about 1 inch of dough over filling
Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes then turn down to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes

You can top with fresh whipped cream or ice cream
