3 lbs. Bone-in Chicken Pieces, skin removed
2 T Canola Oil
1 T. Dijon style Mustard
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken pieces bone side up on unheated broiler pan.
Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 20 minutes.
In small bowl, stir together oil, mustard, lemon pepper seasonings, basil, and pepper.
Remove chicken from broiler, and brush on 1/2 of the mustard mixture.
Turn chicken pieces over, and brush with remaining mixture.
Broil 15 minutes longer or until meat thermometer reads 165º
