1 1 lb box of spaghetti or linguine
5 T. Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper flakes
1/2 C. White Cooking Wine
Zest of 1 medium Lemon
Juice from 1 Lemon
1/2 C. Milk
1 Chicken Bullion Cube, dissolved in 1 C. hot water
3 T. Dried Italian Herbs Blend
1/2 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook Pasta according to alDente instructions on package.
While pasta cooks, heat a large, deep skillet over low heat & add the olive oil to warm.
Add the garlic and red pepper flakes to warm oil, stir for 2 minutes.
Raise heat to medium, stir in wine, dissolved bullion, herbs, and lemon zest.
Boil wine mixture for about 3-4 minutes to reduce.
When pasta is almost cooked, ladle out about 1 cup of the starchy water and add it to wine reduction.
Stir in milk.
Whisk in lemon juice and add a pinch of salt, if desired.
Drain Pasta, and toss with sauce.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
